prayer

I hate to post, I hate to post, I hate to post. Ok, so I'm not inclined to post much. Pretty evident. Not usually much to say.
But tonight I will say this....I have been reminded recently what a privilege it is to uphold each other in prayer. Today, I was reminded that I often pray for the day-to-day things...you know...the everyday things...work, relationships, protection for loved ones, good-health, etc. But, I also realized that I need to pray for spiritual things as well...spiritual maturity, growing into Christ's image, being grounded in truth, being able to withstand spiritual attack and temptation. Paul taught us by example to pray these things for each other, and for the body of Christ. God does hear us...from the little things to the big ones! And just think...Jesus is interceding for us before the throne!! What a privilege it is to follow His example and lift each other up!
